Fees
Fees for a mediation session are: $1750 for a half day and $3500 for a full day.
My hourly rate is $400 per hour for post-mediation work in the event negotiations continue after the mediation session, billed in addition to the flat fee.
If mediation is cancelled or rescheduled within one (1) week of a scheduled mediation date, each party is invoiced $400 for advance preparation time.
Travel requiring an overnight stay is an additional expense determined during scheduling.
Unless agreed otherwise, mediation fees and expenses are typically divided equally between the parties.
